Mr. Semiu Shitta-bey is the Managing Partner of the firm. He is a Chartered Accountant and a Certified Forensic Accountant. He attended University of Lagos where he obtained a bachelor’s degree in Accountancy. He is a Fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria and Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria, Associate member of Business Recovery and Insolvency Practitioners of Nigeria and the Institute of Directors of Nigeria. He has about 30years experience in the practical field of accountancy, auditing, taxation, corporate finance, process improvements, management consultancy, project management, and information technology.

He worked in Jide Eko & Co. in 1995 and left the firm as an Audit Senior. He had a stint with Semabids Investments Limited as Manager, Finance and Admin. before joining Onyema Osueke & Co. as Audit Manager in 2002. He joined Parker Randall Nigeria (Chartered Accountants) in November ,2005 as Manager in charge of taxation. He left Parker Randall Nigeria as an associate partner (tax and tax matters) in 2008 to set up the firm of Ssbey Consulting. He is also a member of the Audit, Investigation and Forensic Accounting Faculty of the Institute of Chartered Accountant of Nigeria.
